Santa came to our house the day before Christmas this year. He had good timing since we had nothing going on that day so it gave us the whole day to play with all of the new toys.

Jack shows Maria the new prayer book that is also a puzzle!
Jack was really fun as this was the first year that he really got into the whole present opening and the excitement of the Christmas season! It was fun to watch him get excited about counting down the days and getting the nativity scene out. He also had fun blowing out the Advent candles!
Jack got a Bob the Builder town, construction site, and barn set. It was a big hit with everybody! We actually had a lull in present opening because he got so into playing with this.
Maria drives the tractor that goes with the Bob the Builder set. She makes a pretty good noise when she's driving a vehicle! It's fun watching her check out what her brother's doing and then eventually catch onto it and do it herself!
Eventually we got back to present opening and Jack opened a new pizza set!
