I love this picture of Maria. She's walking toward me and is just a happy kid (most of the time!). I also just love this picture in general...clothes hanging on the line, it's sunny out,...life is good.
It's the simple things in life...like letting your 3 year old snap pictures of things that are important to him...like the marching band library book.

Jack cracks me up with his seriousness and storytelling. It's funny his expressions as he retells the events of the day or something that happened at one point in his life. His memory just amazes me!
The flowers are up extremely early this year. Jeff was in the process of cutting down the old, dead grass as I took this photo.
Maria enjoyed an Easter egg as I was hanging them on our little Japanese maple tree.
We went out to my in-laws one evening to help them finish siding the East side of the house. Maria and Jack enjoyed being outside even though it was cold. Maria kept taking the boys' ball so we had a get a little one out for her. Her and Luke hung out on the steps for awhile.

The "tractor we made in the chair one day. Jack just cracks me up with his creativity! Him and Maria hung out in the tractor for a good portion of the morning. He was pretty good about sharing the space with her.
Goofiness...pure goofiness!
This last photo is some of the flowers that have been coming up around the house. These photos just remind me that we are enjoying life!
