February Happenings

 Maria is very much a Daddy's girl and usually goes to Dad over Mom.  She even likes it when Dad is trimming her hair.

 We celebrated Maria's birthday with the Meyer side in February at the Coolman house.  Jesse's birthday is about a week after Maria's so we did a combined party this year.

 She really enjoyed opening her presents and has enjoyed playing with everything she got...including this puppy (not real) from G & G Meyer (I think!).

 She did a really good job blowing out her candles too.  Her and Jack enjoy blowing out candles at home when I light them. 

 After cake and ice cream, we headed out with the Coolmans for some sledding!

 Maria hung out with Dad a lot (surprise, surprise) and seemed to enjoy sledding.

 Dad and Maria rode on the back of the four wheeler on the way back up to the house while the rest of us rode in the wagon.

 We had fun playing in the snow this year.  Jack and Maria enjoyed filling the sled with snow.

 They were also good "helpers" when it came to shoveling!  It kept them entertained while I shoveled out the driveway.

 Hi Mom!  They liked sitting in the laundry basket while I sorted clothes, then enjoyed their "ride" into the utility room.

 We bunny-sat for our cousins for a week.  We enjoyed having a pet around for a little while, especially when Dad would take it out of the cage so we could inspect it closer.
