We've been away from the blog for too long! Mostly due to the fact that Mom has been busy working on her master's degree, her and Dad keep finding more stuff to be involved with, and yes, Mom's expecting in late January! Here's a quick synopsis of what we've been up to since August. We went to Miss Gabriella Coolman's baptism in August.
We also made a trip up to Toledo to the zoo. Jack really enjoyed seeing all of the animals!
Jack has also gotten a few haircuts. He really likes getting it cut and always wants the clippers used on his hair since Dad gets them used on his head!
We went to a few of Aunt Natalie's volleyball games. On this occasion, she was playing in a tournament in Kalida during their Pioneer Days celebration. In between games, we went with G & G Meyer to check out the tractors. Grandpa Meyer has one pretty similar to this one!
The laptop is great and I like "using" it and watching marching bands, Curious George, and Mickey Mouse on it lately.
The annual Meyer/Seibert campout at Pokagon was in October. We had a great time camping and hiking on the trails!
I even chilled out with Gabriella for a while.
This was the day that Mom was putting away all of my summer clothes and getting out my fall/winter ones. Gotta love an outfit that includes no pants, snow boots, and a summer hat!
We met up with some friends and went to the Lights Before Christmas at the Toledo Zoo in late November. It was a really nice evening to go! Not too crowded and it wasn't freezing cold!
As Mom mentioned, I REALLY like Curious George and am enjoying books from the library. We even got a puppet of Curious George from the library a month or so ago. Mom kept reminding me all week that it had to go back. Luckily, she also remembered that she had a stuffed Curious George as a kid. Good thing Grandma Meyer sent down all those stuffed animals a year or so ago. The "new" George took the place of the puppet and now goes many places with us! This particular night, Uncle Nick stopped by and he was nice enough to read a book to me!
Mom promises to do better about keeping up with the blog. It probably has helped that her laptop was being fixed by Dad the last few days so she's been using the desktop one, which is where all of our pictures are!
