More with the Meyer Family

We spent Saturday night at Grandpa and Grandma Meyer's house. Sunday morning, mom thought I needed some floor time with her and Grandpa.

What's going on over there? Don't mind the orange look that I have going on. It's a cute picture but it was dark so mom had to lighten it up.

I enjoyed watching Grandma take her shoes off. Grandma had a long weekend. My Great Uncle Jerry passed away early Sunday morning and Grandma got up in the wee hours of the morning to go over to their house. Mom was glad we had stopped over to see them on Saturday night. Now we have to go to his funeral this week. It will be my first one of those. Mom hopes I'm good at the funeral since she is helping with the music.

Later in the day, Aunt Holly and my cousin, Jesse, came over to visit. Jesse tried to get me to eat my frog. He's very nice to me. Mom thinks this is a good thing since he will have a little brother or sister in a few months!

On our way home on Sunday, we stopped by Uncle Mark and Aunt Lynn's house. Grandpa Bockey and Uncle Mark were working on installing the kitchen cabinets so Dad pitched in to help. Uncle Mark doesn't like the dark blue color of the wall but we all pointed out that you wouldn't see much of it once the top cabinets are up. We'll see if they repaint that in the coming months!
